NEW SHIT!!

Thats from the wu-tang album the w
-
awful track
-
Yeah, that shit was horrible. They just wanted to get two big names on a track to help sell records. Makes you miss the good old days of the 80's to mid-90's when rappers would only get on a track with another rapper if they were on the same vibe or it made sense artistically, or if they were close homies, and so on. But just putting one artist with another because of name recognition is something that didn't really start till after Pac died. Before then you would be called an industry hoe.

dunno what u guys r talkin about, this song is G!! one of the better tracks on that album!!
-
Never understood why people didn't like that track, other than because the ODB verse
was recorded badly or something... it's a dope track, nice beat, the combo works really well,
Snoop actually kicks a memorable verse... best track on the album, which was mostly forgettable otherwise, and I'm a big Wu fan...
Also was cool to hear Snoop on a rougher style of beat like that for a change
-
i've always loved the song. ODB is on the phone from jail while recording.
-

If you like Snoop over rougher beats like that you should check out his joint he did for JD's 1492 album from back in 1998. The track was produced by DJ Premier and it's called something like "Legion of Doom"
-
Odb's style makes him to be very hit or miss. This was the latter.
-
always thought that trac was funny......not bad.

The track is named "Protectors Of 1472" and also features Warren G. Quite cool to hear them spitting over a beat like that and it turned out great. 8)
