I searched this song if its been discussed before but found nothing so i'll post it up.

Artist is Lil G also know as Lil Gangster the song "Letter To Dr. Dre" on the album: Blue Devil Part 2, in my opinion he speaks on some real talk that's happening in the game right now!

He has a mainstream sound hopefully he is able to find a way to the mainstream somehow, why not!

He used to be just any other rapper out there in the chicano rap glad he was stepping it up.  Here is an older track back in 2005-2006:
