This DiamondDRE musician should just come up with another name, it sounds weak and is quite obviously influenced by the name Dr. Dre. 

However, I admire his determination to not just bow down to Dre's lawyers, who sound up-their-own arse in mentioning his 'world-famous' nature in the opening paragraph of correspondence.

What about Dre of Cool and Dre?  Has he been subject to the same threat?

Dre is becoming a bitch, then again Dre is almost a premium brand being the producer he is.

Shame though, he's got millions, he should just back of a liitle and just kick it. 

Agree with the remark regarding Cool and Dre, and what about the other Dr Dre?

Early interviews ands his work with Skylar, I think Dre always wanted to be a pop producer and still does, regardless fo being so influential in 'Gangsta' rap.

Dre doesn't have enough money yet, so he can't share even the few dollars that this dude might earn cause he may or may not remind people of him.

So should we say that anybody who shortens their name from Andre to Dre is influenced by Dr. Dre?

If thats the case then lets add Andre 3000 to that list. But Andre Benjamin had no problem with Dr. Dre calling himself "Andre 3001" on Kush.

Dr. Suess or Dr. Pepper should sue Dr. Dre. Lets see how many stupidass lawsuits we can get out of this name game.
