Post by: C-clamp on February 04, 2003, 08:28:32 PM: Sup y'all, i'm considering buying some Too Short albums. I always liked his stuff, but I've heard his albums were a mixed bag. So if you have to buy one Short dawg album which one is it? (Help a brotha out!)

I need to know the one that i'm gettin is his best cause there's no way i'm buyin' all 15 of his album (esp here in Toronto, there like $20-$25ea.)

Life Is.. Too Short... some consider it his best... It's his first platinum cd... but It might be a lil too outdated for you... definately a classic.. I grew up to that cd, one of my personal favorites.

My recommendation though would be Get In Where You Fit In... another one of my favorites... shit is tiiiiiight.... dont listen to none of these fools, listen to me... get this cd.

^^^ If you're gonna ignore that then listen to tha fools above me and get Cocktails... that's dope too... Gettin It is okay... that was his supposed last album back in tha dayz... album number 10 when he said he would stop... that's why it's dope cuz you can feel that through tha album. And then you got Can't Stay Away... that was his comeback album... that was okay too but he was already past his prime.. It was alright but not his dopest... everything after that kinda sucked to tell you tha truth, his new shit aint half as good as his old stuff... He's lost his Rap but he's still a Pimp...
