Title: Looking for B-Legit Song

I heard this song back in 1998 and it samples:

Anyone know what I am talking about? I know it has to be 1995-1999 time frame and no other time period. I had this DCR (it played all types of music). It is like a cable box, but it just had radio stations on it. Being looking for this song for ages.

the laid back downtempo beat resembles that of Holdin On, so i figured maybe you were talking bout that song
