why didnt this come out?
From dubcnn, 2003
Yes sir, Dogg Pound veteran Lil Half Dead is currently recording on his third solo effort, titled Half Time. After being all over the two Doggystyle Records Mixtapes, he's had quite a buzz around his name, and I got the exclusive 411 on his new record. Joself Leimberg has record 6 tracks with Half Dead up until now, and it's gonna be a mix between rapping and singing. So the fans who wanted to hear Half Dead spit raps again, it's happening! Next to Leimberg, a couple other producers have offered to work on the LP, nothing we can disclose yet though.
The record is gonna be gangsta, while having alot of soul in it. This is how the guest appearances look too.. Until now, Tray Deee is on there, along with , Shy and JJ. The record isn't near completion yet though, so both producers and guests will still vary, and it's too early to give ya'll a release date. I think it's better this way, rather wait for the record to be ready to drop than give a release date and then push it back...
That's enough exclusive news for today.. Don't wanna spoil ya'll! Just playing, check back with us soon.. oh boy!

really?
Lil Half Dead sounds like he always sounded. the years passed n his production is diffrent tho, n he sings a bit more today (whenever he decides to make appearances)

he's never been a dope mc to begin with. he sounded alright over incredible instrumentals but he ran out of things to say very quickly and his flow wasn't anything spectacular.
