yea, to some he is.

i never understood why guys like Bizzy n Krayzie had so many fans tho. noone understands what they are rappin about. why would a person want to listen to rap just cause of the technical aspects, if u cant even comprehend the lyrics? doesnt make sense to me

Bizzy and the rest of Bone like to cut words in half instead of pronouncing or saying the entire syllable completely. Thats why I always preferred guys like Twista/DoorDie/Crucial Conflict...they don't cheat on they flow.

id rather listen to more articulated rappers like Tech N9ne or Twista tho, and those guys are too much for my ears as well. i can only stand em in small portions
