Alpha aka Aelpeacha, legendary French producer, off his new compilation "World Ride". dope song and hook.

Damn the fucker i love this man's prods, us frenchies run this shit ya know hehe
-
nothing to be run though, that vintage, throwback sound isn't relevant anymore and nobody's going for it but overseas artists (from France, Italy, Japan, Chile, lol, wherever). anyway yes aelpeacha did master it. as u said frenchies are very into g-funk. dj ak is very nice too but his shit sounds sometimes too overproduced and cliché. Sovizzle & Venom have done some dope beats over the last few years too. Wadz is dope as hell, one of my favorites. tha touch funk seem to be good too (don't know too much about them). nothing surprising, knowing that France has a big funk tradition to begin with and have one of the most vibrant electronic scenes (Daft Punk, Justice, Sébastien Tellier, DJ Mehdi, Breakbot, etc.) who have sometimes the same influences as G-Funk.

Pretty cool song.

That was more a display of my excitment than something else.
Relevant or not the sound is good , the lyrics on point , 2 legendary mcees i wouldn't ask for more
-
i wasn't talking bout this song in particular, which is good, but the state of g-funk in general.
-
is this new???
the dopest shit i heard this year!!
-
it came out in may but it was recorded between 2009 & 2011 when Aelpeacha was in Cali.
speaking of Aelpeacha, i really like the beat (by doggmaster) of this song with Daddy V & Taro OG
