just curious ? 8)
i played a bunch of sports when i was young (judo, gymnastics, tennis, etc.) and i played soccer for like 12 years and fencing (getting my musketeer on) for like 7 years too. now i still play some street soccer, swim & run when i can

Football (the real one) and riding a racing-bike at the moment. I'm planning on doing some martial arts again, soon. Ju-jutsu, I think.

Played baseball and basketball through high school,then played some basketball at the junior college level, just pickup games these days though.

Took Capoeira when I was younger and played soccer. I'm looking to get into some kind of mma at some point once I get my life straight.

same, most of my friends are really into MMA, muay thai and jiu jitsu but never managed to convince me to take it... i've wanted to but i'm really starting from scratch so it's intimidating

same, most of my friends are really into MMA, muay thai and jiu jitsu but never managed to convince me to take it... i've wanted to but i'm really starting from scratch so it's intimidating
round these parts most people who do that stuff are either tuff guys, caught in the mma fad, or both and once that sport goes away so will all these amatuer frank mirs.
to answer the question - baseball as a little kid. basketball and football thru HS. basketball here and there these days and flag football (not as pussy as it sounds).

It's one of the most engaging and cardio intensive exercising you can do, and it helps you get the basic ability to defend yourself in a threatening situation. Somehow I can't see the downside.
