I guess growing up rooting for Seattle teams I just enjoy watching my teams destroy others, so I'm just as happy to see a blowout as I am a close game.

i missed all the games during the 2008 olympics, i regretted like crazy, especially after seeing all those clutch kobe highlights in the spain game
watch it bro, its not as competitive right now (some games were) but i heard it was like that in the beginning of 08 as well.

Even the blowouts are entertaining, straight up highlight machines out there. Kobe hasn't looked very good outside of the Nigeria game though.

OBVIOUSLY, TEAM USA HAD A FORMULA....THEY WOULD CRUISE FOR THREE QUARTERS, THEN PUT THE FOOT ON THE GAS WITH ABOUT 5 MINUTS LEFT IN THE 4TH. IT WAS THE SAME STORY FOR ALMOST EVERY GAME. PAU AND MARC WERE THE ONLY PLAYERS ON SPAIN GOOD ENOUGH TO BE ON TEAM USA

YEA, BUT PAU AND MARC WOULD PROVIDE BETTER INTERIOR PLAY ALL AROUND, WHICH IS THE MAIN WEAKNESS OF TEAM USA. NO NEED FOR A PLAYER LIKE CHANDLER WHEN THE MAIN STRENGTH OF MOST THESE EUROPEAN TEAMS ARE THEIR PERIMETER SHOOTING.
