Lin. He made Houston up their offer believing that the Knicks would match it no matter what. The Knicks refused to be bent over like that and they replaced his ass.

^do u realize how much money they'd make from Lin? he was the most popular person in the world for an entire month when he had that outburst...theyd make that $15 million back in jersey sales alone. really, though, Felton is a nice, underrated point guard...but Lin will bring them a lot more money and has a higher ceiling. i dont think they should let someone like that go.

Lin was only popular because Tim Tebow was out of the playoffs

^Yeah, because now he's cashing in on it. If it wasn't his contract year, he woulda gave it a run.
But he smartly didn't get abused by Miami's defense & now will be getting overpaid for a solid week of basketball without Melo & Amare on the floor.

he continued putting up numbers with amare and melo....he may not be worth the money he's getting based on what he's proven on the court. but as far as marketing goes, he's a cash cow. u dont let something like that go.

Felton could be what the Knicks need if he's as motivated as he was a couple years ago. Lin didn't seem to be able to mesh with Melo anyways and Melo should be the Knicks number 1 priority
