Is there a way to find out the actual quality of audio Files?
I wanna know if my flac and mp3 files are real.

add the bit rate shit on the itunes, right click at the top where the name, artist, etc shit is...

If low bit rate files are recompressed to look like better rips (or to change from other audio formats), u can usually hear a lispy sort of quality to the sound.
If you're really bothered, make 2 rips of a favourite track off a cd (one at say 128, the other at 320)
Then use your mp3 prog (you can do all this with iTunes, by changing the compression bit rate in settings) to recompress the 128 up to 320
Compare the real high quality 320 to the 'fake' one on headphones.
