Title: Could Snoop-Put your hands up be a Soopafly track?

I just downloaded this one from westcoast2k,it's mentioned as Snoop Dogg f Kokane & Lost Angels real tight untill it proved to be just a snippet  :'( BUT what i did hear was that at the very end of the track comes Soopa with something like "It's Soopa,allways bringin the heat...." so for some reason i start to wonder if this might not be a track for his upcoming album, especially since Snoop only does his Snoopy Collins  act,at least in the snippet that is....just wondering
