Title: throwback album appreciation: ice cube - ameriKKKas most wanted
Post by: iDontTrip on August 22, 2012, 04:28:15 PM
alrite truth be told, i overlooked this album for the LONGEST time..why? i dont fuckin know cause this shit is dope. i just barely bought this last week but i had all his other "classics" except this one..

anyways best tracks: you cant fade me, once upon a time.., nigga ya love to hate, rollin wit the lench mob.

listened to the whole disc with the bonus Kill at Will and those 73 minutes went fast quick, i was like "what!?, thats it? no more 1990 ice cube?" felt kinda refreshing BUYING an album and listening to it all the way thru  8)

anyways..kinda sucks he stopped using this style on the predator but yea..i chunk this and death certificate up as his best solos..

This is what was missing from efil4zaggin creativity and balance while the production does some time fall behind of Cube's great pen and flow it's the album I feel is the status quo for first albums alot of
Artist follow the sequence and style of that album If you listen close

that album still was a classic without cube.

The way Cube rapped on Amerikkka's Most, I. Can't really picture him rapping to any of Dre. Yella's beats on Niggaz4life. Maybe real niggas or appetite for destruction. But both albums are classic in my book.

might be his best, by any means, my all-time fave from Bigg Cube! Great tracks from start to finish, nothing to skip!
