any Quik fans should be digging this one 8)

i think the sound of the 'Sign 'O' The Times' album was a strong influence on the funk side of Quik's production 8)

If I was your girlfriend was even stronger. The whole album is great.

yup the whole album is classic, amazing body of work. this one is good to pick out for pure funkyness. also i think the sound of these older prince albums benefit hugely on vinyl format.

I'd check that, unfortunatly my father's huge vinyl collection goes without a player these days. Ah, one of these days...

i've been grabbing high quality digital vinyl rips of a lot of this older prince stuff. i'll do an upload for this one 8)
