That's Doctor Dre, not Dr. Dre, was probably some bullshit for Yo MTV Raps.

What's crazy is how often, even things like film guides get that wrong. I remember seeing some that listed "Dr. Dre" from Set It Off and Training Day as being the same one who starred in Who's The Man? and featured in Gunmen. "Doctor" is Ed Lover's sidekick, "Dr." is the famous rap producer.
