Its out now.

Is no-one checking this out?
IMO, the album is consistent. No tracks really stand out for me, except maybe 'Work Everyday' and maybe Stop The Press.
-
I'm definitely checking this out, but I just have too much music to listen to right now.
-
gotta check it out too

Great album!!
Only life I know, stop the press, work everyday, say amen, all you need, my beloved = DOPE 8)
Jake One did good with the production (best beat prolly "Mourning in america")

Only Life I Know originally had Dr. Dre vocals (Detox)

I have never checked out Brother Ali... Do I miss something big? Which songs should I check as introduction?
I've always had the idea that Brother Ali is a white guy who converted to the islamic religion. His music is basically some depressing & whining shit about anti-America, God (Allah), conflicts in the middle east, capatalism etc. And I'm sorry, but how deep & intelligent his lyrics may be, I'm just not interested in hearing that shit. Apart from that, I suspect he has mostly boring beats as well.
=> Is the idea I have about this guy correct?
P.S.: It's just a (mis)conception I have. No need to feel angry & react all irritated , I'm just open to discuss this
Thanks

The two have just released a stream of leftover tracks from the album. Sounds better than the album in my opinion.
