Lil B (love him or hate him, his work ethic is incredible)
Nipsey Hussle (still trying to make shit happen despite his terrible ear for beats)
Clyde Carson (although he drops like 5 songs in a span of a year they're usually worth the wait)
Big Sean (keeping his name relevant by dropping his bomb-ass mixtape, being on several tracks on Cruel Summer & selling his soul to the Illuminati)

and those two were in my top 5 with Tyga doing his thing dropping solo songs or features on a near-daily basis and Lil B doing his thing still releasing mixtapes whether people want them or not.
