for the type of artist that he is and image that he's built, it seems like he's basically decided that the payday he might receive from a game lawsuit is larger than any amount of money he might make in the rap game, ever, because this is basically career suicide. other artist might be able to get away with some shit like this, but a dude like 40glocc who has said and done so much to the contrary, its all hypocritical and basically takes away any credibility. when you put so much weight on being real, you got be about that all times especially in hip-hop, cuz people are just waiting to call you on it.
