They had some real dope shit, underrated i think. The C&H Crew, they had some dope beats and rhymes. Dru Down was my favorite out of em. All the albums they released between 93 and 97 were tight and consistent as hell.. you can make a dope cruise mix, heres some tracks with Dru Down, Yukmouth & Numskull

Post by: Eddz on November 02, 2012, 08:07:09 PM: I couldn't agree more. I grew up listening to The Luniz, Dru Down & Richie Rich and they are some of my personal favorites form the West. Numskull was hella underrated & it's a shame how everything turned out between him & Yuk.

I always wished The Luniz, Dru Down & Richie Rich would of done an album together with features from Cydal, 3 X Krazy etc, would of been the shit 8)

Yeah spewing the Luniz reunion never really worked out. I seen The Luniz and Dru down live was really cool. Seen Yuk solo also and got to meet the dude. Numbskulls solo album was real good too!

as far as quality and quantity, Oakland is one of the very most impressive cities on the westcoast during the golden era. I mean it's basically the same size as Long Beach but oakland artists put out in 3 years what LBC would take 10 years to release.
