Title: blaqtoven appreciation thread
Post by: Sir Petey on November 12, 2012, 11:19:38 AM
dude does great work...works with some sorry ass rappers sometimes but his tracks are always solid as fuck. im not really speaking on status or catalog when i say this. im speaking mostly on skill level behind the boards.

blaq>daz

can yall put up some of his better lesser known beats or maybe rar up a package of his production for the forum? that would be dope. anyways i really dont know shit about dude other then he worked on the c style records comps then later on streets is a mutha, never seen dude or dont know of his background maybe one of yall can school me a lil bit.

thx,

KP

really one of the best songs of D&YG. he also co-produced You Just a B.I.T.C.H. Blathoven is one of these dope underrated producers / hook singers, btw he's Jelly Roll's brother, representing LBC. I love It's Going Down featuring Daz, Tha Realest & Mac Shawn (as well as the original featuring Tray Deee), one of his best productions IMO.

Blaqthoven has a lot of classics beats, he didn't produce "Got Beef" though, only had vocals on it.
