Nice read, ain't it ?
Yeah nice nostalgic & respectful piece
I think after GKMC's superb tech achievement, Dre might be inspired to have that team ghost produce and write a bespoke album for him. Sacking everyone else off, like after the Aftermath comp.
He could do a lot worse

when bitchass beatmakers realize dre is producing their beat-loops and allow him to get the proper production credit, it will drop.

All valid reasons for the album to drop, but if we're brutally honest, the hype for this album died a few years ago now.
If it was released of course I would check for it, but I wouldn't be nearly as excited for it as I was back in 2006/2007. It's a shame really.

Cant lie i still want Detox. i was over it but hearing him rap on Kendricks album he still sounds really good to me plus getting beats by Dre Detox edition has prolly revived me wanting Detox so i can hear it thru em.

Don't agree with most of their reasons, but still want Detox. Or at least the instrumentals.
Couldn't The Last Emperor, Rakim and King T release a BlackMarket edition?
I need $.
