Yeah, i remember that. I'm not sure where that came from though. Would be dope if Nima could ask Snoop about Malik in the next interview he does with him.

helter skelter's first single was to be 'you can't see me' the beat pac used on all eyez on me. how many of you noticed it has the same drum pattern as snoop's what's my name ?

yup. but if you listen to it, it sound like it coulda been a remix for what's my name although the drum pattern is the same.

yeah Dre used the same samples and drum patterns a lot for many of his songs. G-Funk Intro's, What's My Name's, Fuck With Dre Day's & Can't C Me's basslines are all interpolated from Funkadelic's (Not Just) Knee Deep.

only song i can think of at the moment that he used the same drum patterns for is: what's my name + can't c me and murder was the case + dre day.
