I know this is sort of rare these days and some may not have it, but it's become available on the US Amazon site for fairly cheap:

it's never been really "rare". they used to have it all the time on the "buy it now" ebay section, that's where I got a new, sealed copy for like $15. I guess it's getting rarer though.

Yes, the tracklist is the same as the first disc of 'G-Funk classics: Volumes 1 & 2' or the stand-alone 'Ghetto Preacher' album.
The album is well worth purchasing.
