Yes. Eastwood was Top's homeboy - he gave Eastwood's demo to Suge and that's how East landed on Death Row.

Top Dogg couldn't have still been on Tha Row at the time.

I remember under the artist section they added Crooked I and Eastwood at the same time (to go along with PB, Big Hutch, and SKG).

All the artist that we hadn't heard from in a while were under the "artist in development" section: Tha Realest, Top Dogg, Swoop G.

Maybe they were homeboys when Top was there but I don't think they were both under contract at the same time.
