i think the most people will say "uncle sam's curse", i think i go with "livin' like hustlers"----what's your choice y'all?
-
uncle sam's curse. ATL were so original. the title track is deep and the production is flabbergasting.
-
I voted for uncle sam's curse.. But time will reveal was pretty damn close...
-
Time will reveal is my fav honestly. but uncle sams curse has special spot in my collection tho. but time will reveal will def. take it for me.
-
hard to choose...
-
I voted Legends. :raisetheroof:
-
Uncle Sams Curse by far. . Although livin like hustlers and black mafia life are great too.
-
voted for Livin' Like Hustlers
-
What about Vocally Pimpin'??
That is the first album that introduced G-funk.
-
uncle sam's curse atl at their peak.
-
didn't add "vocally pimpin" to the list, because it's actually an e.p. nevertheless it had a big influence on g-funk
-
where's Forever rich thugs ?
forever rich thugs is my favorite !
-
Uncle Sams Curse
-
time will reveal

Lord Funk!
Long time man, you posted me out Goldys' album many many years ago....glad your still on the scene....
LEGENDS takes my vote...loved the crisp clear production, it still sounds fresh today, the content, the beats, the hooks, just an amazing album.
USC is a very close second and of course is more iconic.
Forever rich thugs was embarrasing! Some good tracks, but overall really bad.

I've always had "Legends" and recently bought "Time" and "Black Mafia".
I would have to choose "Legends" because I've not heard enough of the others.
-
When I was young I loved "Uncle Sam's Curse" but I love "Time Will Reveal" now. I hated "Legends" at first but I love it now. In fact, I love how ATL's sound evolved over time. It went from raw and gritty, to smooth as time went on and swung back around as people's taste changed while still sounding real.
-
"Uncle Sam's Curse" is their classic. those other albums may be personal favorites, but in terms of quality, it's easily "Uncle Sam's Curse"
-
People hate on Forever: Rich Thugs and Executive Desicions but I think these discs re straight fire. A few fillers yea but put the best cuts from both discs together on one disc and you got a westcoast classic imo.
