If this has already been posted you guys can delete this thread. Otherwise, even if your like me and took Pac and Death Row side in the beef, you still got to give props to one of the best rappers who ever did it.

Because there's a lot of bitin', fakes, and followers in hip-hop, always has been. And for the hip-hop kingdom to be in order, it must be ruled by a righteous and just ruler. When 2pac, Death Row, West Coast ruled rap in the mid-90's they ushered in a golden era in rap music.
When Eminem, Dr. Dre, and Aftermath ruled hip-hop from 99'-2003', you had a resurgence of great lyricism, a resurgence of the West Coast, and there was prosperity within the kingdom.
Today, the game is ruled by Niki Minaj, Lil Wayne, YCMB, so everyone wants to copy and be like them. Therefore the whole kingdom is suffering and the empire that was built by the likes of Russel Simmons, Afrikka Bambatta, Rock Steady Crew, Rakim and so on in the 70's and 80's... is now crumbling and beyond repair. Rap's Ambassador, Nas, officially ruled the empire dead at the end of 2006 with the release of the album and single "Hip-Hop Is Dead".

that's correct. you said he didn't have the balls to make anything while pac was alive. that song was made while pac was alive just not released at the time pac was alive.
