The two-year deal the Falcons gave former Giants DE Osi Umenyiora is worth $8.5 million, max value of $12 mil, and includes $5 million gtd.

Why?  Because he chose to go to Atlanta?  Maybe the Giants didn't want Osi no more.  Now i'd understand if you're mad that Osi said that winning a SB in Atlanta would be greater than winning in NY which he did.  He probably said that cause he been there, done that with the Giants.  But Atlanta's only championship is with the Braves in 95.
