Agree or dissagree? Who else from Dubcc is feeling this young cat?

He's from West L.A. - J.R. Rotem signed him to his own Beluga Heights Records, where he released his debut album "Mann's World" in 2011. Short but good album, I suggest y'all to check it out and don't sleep on this dude - he's got a great commercial appearance and can really blow up soon 8)

this nigga aint new lol he had that buzzin song with 50 cent like two or 3 years agp. shit got like 20 million view

People here still consider dudes like Nipsey, Jay Rock, Glasses, Bishop and others "New" West Coast rappers, so Mann def belongs in this category. Same goes for Kendrick Lamar , who released his first mixtape 10 years ago :)
