It appears that Roscoe's long-delayed, highly-anticipated debut album "Young Roscoe: Philaphornia" might actually see the light of day sometime soon. Over the weekend [in Atlanta], Roscoe shot the video for the first single from the debut album, "Head to Toe". The record was produced by Organized Noize and features Sleepy Brown. The video was directed by Bryan Barber. The video will be released to BET and MTV before the end of the month
