Trust me Im not even Joking dude, Im loosing 30-40 pounds in A Month..And No I havnt STOPED eating, I eat Non-Fat Ish..I got a Treadmil..I go to the gym 5 times a week..Sccit comes with me some times..Work out for an hour...and sometimes A hour and a half..and then go swimming for 30 mins..and then I come home..Do some cardio..and then drink a Non-Fat Shake with the Protiens I need...and then I go to sleep..if u dont believe me..one of my pics where posted before..take a look at it..and then meet me someday..and u'l be like "HOLY SHIT"...peace

I used to wrestle and people were always trying to drop weight and go down weight classes. We would do so much conditioning it was crazy. Plus dieting. 40 pounds.....I don't believe one word of it.

Sorry Grundy, I agree with a lot of what you say, but I lost 50 pounds in a month 3 years ago. I ate 700 calories a day for 30 days. Played ball 2 times a week for 2 hours. Lost 50 pounds. No drugs. Never in my life have I tried any drug. I don't even take tylenol.
