"We did a show in Camden with Master Ace and Kurupt from The Dogg Pound was there. The next day he came to East Orange and recorded a track with Miilkbone. The following week in LA they remade the joint with Daz. 90's Hip Hop. Gotta Love it! Big up to DJ Mike Check for not throwing away the tapes."

The beat sounds extremely similar to "Why Do We Bang", which is the outro on RR&GB.
