He was born in 1987 and this mixtape was recorded and released in 2003 - do the math.

I don't know, check the print on the CD, yeah it says YNIC but Kendrick is saying Hub City Threat, Minor of the Year in the intro and in Last Real Nigga Alive:
"I put out a mixtape in 12th grade
Hub City threat, minor of the year, DJ Dave"
