this was supposed to be on "Cali Iz Active", it's produced by Alchemist. There were 2 versions that leaked, one with Snoop on the intro and one without, and the reason it didn't make the cut is because they couldn't clear the sample.

It was released on Alchemist - No Days Off album as 'On Tha Rise' if I'm not mistaken.

The reason it wasn't on the album is they didn't remember what song was sampled.
