LOL CHALMERS IS BETTER FOR THE HEAT THAN RONDO, CUZ CHALMERS CAN SHOOT. MIAMI DOSNT NEED ANOTHER PLAYER TO DOMINATE THE BALL, WHICH IS WHAT RONDO DOES.
