Marbury was a straight up loser and part of the NBA's selfish post-jordan era (remember when SLAM magazine was telling us how Steve Francis was gonna be the next big thing?). Marbury was a bum, plain and simple.

Marbury ain't shit. dude never cared about winning and that's all Rondo cares about. Marbury is a better scorer but that's all...and scoring isn't a priority for a point guard unless his name is Oscar.

lmao dude never won a playoff series except for his BRIEF stint with the Celtics where he got a great view of Rondo entering his prime ;)
Rondo was averaging a triple double in the playoffs WITHOUT KG (remember the playoffs where KG was out?) and Marbury was watching and learning how to win a playoff game :D

LOL, Marbury isn't really a credible source for anything, regardless or whether you agree with him or not. The assists/dimes quote that Hack missed on is one of the many solid indications of this. Dude is clearly missing a thing or two upstairs. One of the most fun players in the league to watch in his prime, though.

The steph infection even still said that even though Jason Kidd took the same Nets team he couldn't do jack with into the finals 2 years in a row. Kidd actually made the Nets matter.

Only smart thing marbury said in his life was when Lebron was questioning about the goodness about the starbury shoe. He said,'Its better to own than be owned.' Idiot refused 2 admit he made a mistake 4cing his way out of minnesota for a big market that would be on tv a lot. Back then the wolves were better than the nets & were on tv more than them. All I need 2 know about how much of a screwloose marbury is.
His bricks tenure don't have to be brought up. Even though I hated John Starks the most on that franchise, he did the no.3 justice. While the steph infection did the no.3 like Jamarcus Russell & Tim Couch did the no.2

Fundamentally, he was actually a very sound player .. Now, he might be a lil off the wall, but I would say he's more crazy than he is stupid. I think he just respects Kobe's game more, which is totally understandable.
