holy shit, this dude has totally lost it
he's getting his ass kicked by bad teams now 8)
-
Yeah.. I was kind of noticing this to. Everytime the Royals would go up against him this year I would be like... "Ohh shit, well, that's an automatic loss"... and then we end up winning. In fact it seems like every time we have gone against Verlander this year we have won.

Dude's numbers aren't that bad, just not the great stats he was putting up, definitely doesn't "suck". Totally lost it = Tim Lincecum.

very true
but Verlander sure does suck in big games (i.e. the playoffs)
and he is 6-46 in his career when the Tigers score under 3 runs. in comparison King Felix is at least 19-51 on a FAR worse team historically.

Detroit fans have nothing to complain about. I saw one of their starters has a record of like 17-1? I mean, the starting staff is stacked and the bullpen is now loaded and has finally came around. Hitting was never a problem, you got power bats throughout the lineup, and then the best hitter of the era

Sherzer..he's having a great year but the record is clearly because of that amazing lineup. He should lose tomorrow against Matt Harvey and the NY Mess though.

Yeah, I haven't really payed much attention to his stats in big games but I'll take your word for it. But you're clearly right on the second point, Felix has gotten screwed out of so many wins by our historically inept offense. They're much better this year than the last few, but Felix still gets screwed regularly. Take today's 2-0 Angel's shutout for instance.
