are all the players in their primes?
-
team 2 clearly has the deeper roster...by far. i'm gonna take team 2 based on the bench depth.

yes

wow this is the first,
i dont know, looking at the starting line up, if you double shaq, kG, hell anyone in that starting line up, its done for. nobody can guard anyone on that lineup one on one.
-
Hack just livin up to his title
-
lamar odumb, rasheed wallace and stephon marbury are 3 of the 4 least talented guys on that list (andrew bumknee being the exception)

PG spot goes to Team 2.
SG spot goes to Team 1.
SF spot goes to Team 2
PF spot is weak, save for KG. KG >>>> x4305928340 Amare >> Bosh > Odom
C spot goes to Team 1 because of Shaq. Shaq >>>> x94850234 D12 > Bynum > Sheed (in terms of Center play)
Team 1: 2.5 wins, Team 2: 2 wins.

no way PG goes to Team 1, CP3 nor Deron can guard AI at all, whos gonna stop AI? in the last couple times AI and CP3 went head to heard, CP3 only out did AI in 4 in 11 meetings of , and this wasn't a youthful AI either.
and marbury is arguably a top tier PG in his prime.
SG, no questions asked
SF, Yeah theres lebron, but when you talk about Vince Carter and T-Mac (Swingman at 6'9) they're one of the most physically gifted players of all time (of course lebron as well) but with their long range and freak ability to drive in its going to hard to stop them especially when their teammates are Kobe, AI, Shaq, KG, Ray, Starbury, you can't double anyone not even for a second.
couple years, but lets not kid ourselves this guy isnt a shooter like that), Lebron, Wade,
team 2, has less players with a natural stroke, for instance, CP3 (he got a lot better the past couple years, but lets not kid ourselves this guy isnt a shooter like that), Lebron, Wade
PF, C, again PF and Center is dominantly Team 1, but for their back ups (i mean i could of just picked Duncan, Yao, Or Dirk) but that would just overwhelmingly but team 1 ahead,
but the most front court combinations in team 1 are better than team 2
Team 1: Shaq + KG
Shaq + Odom
Shaq+ Sheed
KG + Odom
KG + Sheed
the weakest would be a Sheed+Odom, backcourt but hell thats not even that bad, offensively nor defensively.
Team 2: Dwight + Bosh (its ok, but no where near Shaq+KG no real post talent there, especially against the likes of KG and Shaq),
Dwight/Amare (its good, but again heavily lacks any real low post talent, run halfcourt sets and watch it crumble)
Dwight + Bynum (lol)
Bynum + Bosh/Amare (can work actually i would think these would be the best frontcourt options, nice interior game, defense, spacing, if bynum is willing to dish out on the double team rather than holding and try to score on 2 or 3 other dudes)
Bosh/Amare (horrible 2 players trying to play the same position, almost as bad as a combo of Melo + Amare, lol i never understood that trade, all to sell tickets for a couple of seasons, rather than actually team building with correct fits.)
hack you and one other guy (in another forum i posted) voted for team 2. just saying, everyone to your own opinion, but do you really think they're better? or are you trolling, these days i cant even tell anymore lol
-
rondo would own AI
-
he's trolling...either that or he seriously is retarded. sometimes i have trouble tellin myself.
seriously, tho...anyone who thinks team 2 is even remotely close is a complete moron when it comes to critiquing basketball, and thats all i can really say lol.
being bias is one thing, but team 2 doesnt even have any celtics, while team 1 has 3 former celtics.....so it aint the bias factor. it's either retardation or trollin. or perhaps he likes lebron in the same way cham does ???
-
lmao
only NIK would make it sound like this was the 1996 bulls vs the 2012 Bobcats ::)
-
dude, look at the teams again and tell me team 1 wouldnt slaughter with a straight face....please.
and it aint even cuz of kobe....no one on team 2 could come anywhere close to stoppin a frontcourt of shaq/garnett. the backcourt has the edge for team 1, but with the frontcourt, IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE
-
rondo would own AI
lol rondo? AI single handedly took his team to the nba finals and gave the 01 lakers the only lost in their post season
rondo? yeah... im not even sure how he would of developed if he didnt have the big 3 with him.
-
Rondo is the best defensive PG in the league hands down....meanwhile A.I. never heard the word defense before. and Rondo does this at a time where the league has never been deeper at the PG spot.
what made you pick these two rosters btw? pretty random

just mostly comparing the 2 eras
the early 00s stars and the later 00s
didnt include rose and durant because they were too young, and rondo either because he blew up later.
the thing with team 1 i had to put less talent to make it fair, or else it would look something like this
Iverson/Nash (Or Kidd)
Kobe/Allen
T-Mac/Carter
Garnett/Dirk
Shaq/Duncan
but that would just be imba, totally unfair
but team 2 i had to urge to add brandon roy instead of monta, maybe i should of because roy was puttin in work before his knees gave out, he probably was the 3rd best SG at that point behind kobe and wade
