Title: Transferdeadline football/soccer, which transfer will have the highest impact?

No football threads in here? Man.... thought there where a lot of Europeans in here!

For me the biggest game changer is Ozil! He'll put Arsenal back on top of the premier league.

None of these are so important that they drastically change the team. I'd say Liverpool, Tottenham and Borrusia Dortmund made so great transfers.
