seattle's first road challenge this year
-
After what the Ravens did to them and how bad Arian is this year, not much of a challenge.
-
I thought the Texans would be the only competition for the Broncos this year. They got lucky that the Chargers are the Chargers and collapsed in week 1. Needed OT to beat Tennessee and then got embarrassed by a transitioning Ravens team this past weekend.
Seattle wasn't great on the Road last year and so far this year, on the Road against Carolina they didn't look good. But, something has to give.
I'll roll with Seattle since they're the better and more consistent team.
-
Based on how the Texans have been playing we should win this. Still not an easy game on paper though, good team.

people are forgetting Andre Johnson missed the 2nd half of the game against Baltimore

Right, his health is huge, although guys in our secondary like Sherman and Browner probably match up better with him than anyone.
-
texans are just a good not great team.
they might steal a win like this, but they arent the better, more consistent team at all.
im picking the seahawks.
i kinda look at them like i do the Cowboys in recent years.
they were a popular super bowl contender pick for a while but they never really panned out, too inconsistent at the wrong times.

has Sherman faced Megatron yet? I remember my man Revis shut his ass down (like 2 catches and 18 yards) but I've never seen any one player shut him down before. Of course double teaming can help.

Yeah he played him fairly well last year, had 40 some yards. Dude's only getting better though, I'd like to see it again.

that year REvis and the Jets played detroit (can't remember what year), Revis shut down every top WR in the game. it was insane what he did...too bad he's gonna rot away in Tampa Bay until he gets hurt and cut (no guaranteed money lmao)
what a jerk....absolutely amazing HOF type player but a tool of a human being. A-rod type selfishness.

Matt Schaub needs to go. He's been carried by a great run game and playcaller his whole career. Time is up. What an absolute bonehead decision. It's one thing to throw a pick like that if you're trailing and trying to make something happen but when you're up by 7 in the opponents territory with 2 min to go and the other offense hasn't really done much you just take the sack and punt it near the goal line. Idiot!

It was probably the wide receivers fault.

Sherman definitely baited him. Dude was having a horrible game but came up with a huge play when it counted, so props to him.

Peyton was down 7 points and it was do or die. He called a play in the slot to his #1 WR and the defense guess the play and guessed right. I blamed Reggie for giving up on the route, and Sterling Sharpe agreed with me.
What Schaub did was just stupid and unnecessary.
