Masters of the Universe with Dolph Lungren is a bad-ass movie. It didn't do very well at the box office but I loved it as a kid, and I know M-Dogg knows what I'm talking about because he is 30 like me and He-Man was big back then.
I watched it recently with my son, and the movie has an epic script of good vs. Evil. The movie starts with Skeletor walking down a huge palace and banging his bad-ass staff vibrating the whole palace as he approaches his throne. Epic

Haven't seen that film in ages. I'm going to download it this week.

Let me know what you think watching it now as an adult. There are some scenes that really stand out. Like the opening with Skeletors approach to the thrown, or whenever Skeletor gives a decree out across the countryside by way of a hologram, and of course the end with He-Man's sword and Skeletor turning into a god, bad-ass clips!!... The guy playing skeletor was able to pull it all off flawlessly without coming off corny as often happens in other superhero movies.

I remember watching that movie in the theatre with my older cousin. Holy, how could I have not seen this. He Man was my SHIT! I owed all the He Man toys and had the Castle of Grey Skull! The movie, I think because it wasn't the cartoon, I wasn't so pleased with it at the time, but I still thought it was so cool. I just never associated with the cartoon. But yeah, I should rewatch it. Dolph Lundgren was a star after Rocky 4, dude was everywhere, Universal Soldier, Showdown in Little Tokyo, The Punisher. Dude ruled the late 80's-early 90's.

This scene alone gives it to Godzilla. Well I'd consider more Godzilla movies, monster movies, Final Wars was done like a superhero movie, invading aliens, mutants and Godzilla killing alien monsters. It's like Godzilla, as Superman, on crack.
