Well I did mention a few weeks ago, that a certain CEO and Kokane were experiencing some major problems and that came straight from the Dogg's mouth. But Kokane's got some personal issues and the person who's advising him may be a culprit. ::)

Hey Sexy remember on MSN you told me how "Kane needs to realise where he came from and remember who really put him in this game"?
So you didnt like him a year or so ago, but you do again now? whats up with that?

Who knows...
Maybe that's the reason why Daz said that he want to sign Kokane. But I think, that he is still on Doggystyle.

Besides what that Straight Bitch has to say, Koko just needs to be like Tyson and get his shit together. True, I think Snoop should of dropped his album while Kane was bubbling at least a year ago, but if he doesn't go back to his OG style, he's gonna get lost in the game like Nate Dogg. A dude with talent, but one who stretches himself so much that folks get tired of him and when his album drops, they don't want to hear him. Being known for just singin' hooks can almost lead to a guarantee death in the industry. I think Snoop and Kane kind of "Bootsy'd" and "P-Funked" themselves and the listeners to death. To be honest if his album is anything like what he's being doing with Snoop and them, I'll just pass on his shit, but if he just rekindles his original style and gives it a 2003 edge, his shit will be a heater.
FYI We (ATL) were looking to get Kokane signed to Death Row back when we were signed, but that idea went way left, next thing you know he signed with Snoop and started dissin' Suge (while he was in jail). And Suge ain't did or stole nothin' from Kokane. But that's a problem with fools fightin' other fool's battles. MC's need to follow this general rule. "If it ain't about you, it don't apply, let it fly" ::)

Well... the advance of Kanes album that leaked a few weeks ago was pretty dope. It was like a mix of his new doggystyle style and the old shit when he was rapping. But anyway, It won't sell that much because nobody unless us westcoast fans care about Snoops artists anayway. Sad but true...

Kokane's "Don't Bite The Funk Vol. 1" has been released by TMD Records. It's the same label that released "The DPG Remix Lp" by Tha Dogg Pound. I think that this is just a site project and that he will still release an album on Doggystyle records.
