They need to come down harder on floppers. First offense should be a fine, second a one game suspension and third time a 3 game suspension.

^ And a fine... most of the people who flop don't even flinch at a $5,000 fine, so it needs to be bigger.  Just like how in boxing, they can get a fine up to a certain percentage of their boxing purse.
