Title: Chiefs @ Broncos tonight
Post by: Hack Wilson - real on November 17, 2013, 01:33:50 PM
Game of the year so far...wonder what' going to happen.  I predict the Broncos offense is too much for KC.

I say Broncos. I feel like it bein in Denver gives them the edge n I think Peyton will go for the steady upfield Time of possession game plan n keep Chiefs D on field n wear them down.

Broncos got this, this is really the Chiefs first test of the season which is crazy to say at this point. If they win I'll be very impressed.

Denver's defense is looking prepared tonight.  You could tell once they had a comfortable lead on the Chargers they forgot about finishing the game last week haha

I knew chiefs were gonna lose, I actually wanted them 2 lose even though I detest denver/new england the most in the afc.  1st time ever I didn't want the chiefs to beat denver.  I knew that they were a fraud.  I just got sick of the media & some eagle fans act like fat andy was the goat of coaches.  At least andy has some brains this time by running charles more.

Seemed like most Eagles fans were ready to run Reid out of town a while ago.

Yes there are some who had brains but most of them cheered fat andy back when he returned wearing chiefs gear.  But most gave him free passes but acted like mcnabb was jamarcus russell.  And McNabb is 1 of  3 qb's who took his team to 4 straight conference championships.  And he did it with lesser offensive talent than Jim Kelly & Troy Aikman-the other 2 qb's.

So the Chiefs are a fraud just because they lost on the road in Denver?   I don't think any team in the NFL can win in Denver.   Just wait a couple more weeks till after the Bronco's come to Kansas City and if the Chiefs still lose at home, then you can talk all that shit.

KC did show they can play with Denver but they lack the depth on offense.  Every team in the league does.

Some teams have a better #1 wide reciever (i.e. Megatron, AJ Green, Victor Cruz etc)

Maybe one or two teams have as good a 1 and 2 combo as Thomas and Welker

but nobody has a better 3rd wide receiver than Decker and keep in mind that the other Thomas at tight end is usually the #2 option.  Patriots were insanely stupid for letting Welker go and I can't wait to see them get flattened this weekend.

That's all Peyton!   I mean nobody was talking about Decker or Thomas before Peyton came around.  Now Welker was certainly a key addition but I think it's Peyton more than his "weapons".  They lose their head coach and don't miss a beat.   Peyton is really running the show out there.  Very impressed with him.  Kind of pisses me off that people hate on him just because of the playoffs.  The guy has won a Superbowl, that's more than Marino ever did.

Actually Demarious Thomas had his breaking out party when Tim Tebow was QB.  He got 200 yards in the game against the Steelers in the playoffs and scored the winning TD.
