It's funny (and dope) that Quik is going to be sampling himself on the album. Reminds me of how on KILLER DOPE, Quik says:
"Shouts go out...to DJ Quik....I love me, DJ Quik, fuck the world."
Y'all gonna say the nigga is egotistical, but I think he is just accurate in his self-love. When you're one of the dopest artists ever to rock the mic and work the boards, you have the right to be feeling yourself.

He needs to hook back up with G-One, and El Debarge and drop some of that smooth ish. I'm sick of picking up a better than average Quik album with a few star tracks, when I know he's capable of dropping a star album (Safe & Sound/Rhythm-Al-Ism/Balance & Options)

At 40 something i guess it's time for him to have nationwide attention, at the very least, i hope he'll not miss the opportunity now that he's mature and has solved his shit with his family.
I really wonder what he'll rap about at this point though. Sonically it should be good exept if he does his experimentations once again and make me pay for that lmao (You fool)
I repeat so it's clear, if you want to experiment try the free mixtapes.
p.s: Not angry just crossing the T's in the hope he'll read (... yeah i can hear you thinking..)
