Please don't ask me how or why, but I did. It was the fucking worst shit I've ever seen! I almost felt ashamed standing there. It was thát bad, that it became entertaining. Dude took 14, 15- year old kids on stage, screaming 'FUCK SCHOOL!' and 'FUCK TEACHERS!'. He's a gimmick, has nothing to do with hiphop. At a certain point he even played a techno track and went wild on it. Anybody else ever went to one of his shows?
Glad this song already made my day:

Last summer I went to Appelsap, a dutch hiphop festival. He was the main act but the show was shut down after a couple of tracks, because he got tons of people on stage. Not that I like his music, but everybody went crazy during those couple of songs, which made me a little curious. That's why I bought a ticket for his show. Big mistake!

Thanks for the review homie.. Kind of confirms my opinion on these new school rappers like Waka Flocka

I always felt like a Waka show would be hit or miss… either real hyped/energetic or dry and repetetive

Yes because clearly Waka Flocka Flame is the best representation of the current generation of hip hop ::).
I'm not a fan of Waka's music either but after seeing his interview with Nardwuar he seems like a pretty cool person.

Of course! There is no Beast Coast, no Black Hippy, no Nipsey, no Horse Shoe Gang. If you know Waka you know 'em all.

So you went to the Haarlem show, huh? Last year at Melkweg was one of the best hiphop shows of 2012. Waka ended up teaching a class in my brothers school the next day.

Haha. As a show it was entertaining. Dude was walking through the crowd, people got on stage, it was hysterical. Musically on the other hand, it was horrible. He hardly did any rapping. It was mostly tracks playing, while he was busy doing anything but rapping. He was only yelling things like 'FLOCKA FLOCKA!!' or 'POW POW!!' while young kids went crazy. Maybe i have different standards, but i felt kinda emberassed standing there.

Hey, at least he put on a show and entertained. I'd take that over the usual rapper with no stage prescence and 20 other muthafuckas on stage drowning him out.

that's exactly why I was thinking Waka could be a "miss" for a show lol

real ralk… when I saw 2 Chainz at Summer Jam this past summer he was the most surprising performer to me because he was actually rapping and didn't miss a beat, no lip synching or letting the crowd do the whole song for him lol and as far as having mad dudes on stage a friend of mine saw Cam'ron in Philly and told me he had about 20-30 of his boys on stage and they all rapped his songs while Cam was pouring Henessey on the crowd
