I probably bumped Killa Kali a lot more but lately I developed a new appreciation for B-Legit's and I may have to go with his album

both '96 classics for sure  8)

both have vintage K-Lou classic productions and epitomize mob music, I'll go with Bila, who used to be among my favorite rappers in my teen years
