Compositions nice but they need to invest in mixing and mastering the sounds.

i'm not really hearing anything wrong with the sounds, on the contrary dj ak tracks sound very clean and well mixed. all the elements in this fit together great. i agree about the low-budgetness somewhat and it is but i think there's a 80s type of influence - zapp, early electronic grooves. deliberate choices.

even if that's the case so what? not every musician got the money to buy themself a "real" studio...if someone got the right equipment, interface & knows how to mix it is possible to get a real clean sound with a pc btw

some of his beats are "too west coast" but the cut in the 1st post was nice.
i ratha listen to DJ AK than 99% of whats out now.
