U KNOW WHAT, BIG MEN ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE INJURY ISSUES, ESPECIALLY KNEES AND BACK.....OF COURSE, U GOT UR RARE KAREEMS, WILTS, AND HAKEEMS, WHO WERE ABLE TO SUSTAIN HEALTH.....BUT FOR EVERY KAREEM, THERE A SAM BOWIE, GREG ODEN, AND YAO MING.
THE POSSIBILITIES OF A BYNUM WITH NO KNEE ISSUES WERE ENDLESS
EMBIID IS THE NEXT IN LINE FOR A CAREER STAGGERED BY INJURIES

the possibilities of north korea being a peaceful country are endless too ;)
but yes, Bynum seems to not take care of himself that well but he's rich for life so he doesn't care.

It wasn't just knee issues with Bynum though. Lakers traded him after his career best season because they saw issues with his personality. He just wasn't passionate enough about the game of basketball as the Lakers would have liked him to be and they also didn't want that mindset to spread with the other young players on the team.
As for Embiid, I think whether or not he plays in the March Madness tournament will be a big indicator of where his health is. He seems confident that he'll make a return in the next game or two, and brushes this back injury off like it's nothing big. On the bright side, he received physical therapy but didn't need surgery, so that's a good sign. But injuries at that age are scary.

Thank God that the Lakers traded that fool in the right time - they would look even more pathetic now with him on board. It's obvious dude has no love for this game and played only for the money. Now it seems he's career is over, I can't think of anyone who would want him on their team after all this turmoil from the past 2 years...
