Title: Lil Wayne - Which "The Carter" was the best?
Post by: Blood$ on April 17, 2014, 09:44:53 AM: I gotta go with II which I initially didn't fuck with back at the time of its release since that's right around when folks around here started jumping on the Weezy bandwagon and I thought he was massively overrated, looking back I'd rather he was dominating the game at least when he spit like this, I fuck with the overall sound and vibe of the album now

III grew on me with time too but that was also a way overhyped release lol

Had some nice songs. But that's when he seemed to stop giving a fuck and went completely commercial, putting out "Lollipop" as the first single.

No, I'm talking about a completely different album. It was labeled as an advance.
